Transfer of accommodation - Declaration / Acknowledgement

(a) I declare that the details I will provide in this application are, to the best of my knowledge, correct. I acknowledge that any false disclosure or material non-disclosure will result in the termination of any residential tenancy agreement I enter into with the Authority.
(b) If any details change materially prior to my being allocated accommodation, I will immediately notify the Authority in writing of such change.
Information for applicants wishing to transfer from THA accommodation within the same locality:
The Authority reserves the right to restrict tenancies to maximise the use of housing within a locality. The completion of this application or recommendations from local housing representitives or your principal do not guarantee an offer of accommodation.
Please ensure that the Authority has approved your transfer prior to moving. The Authority will not be responsible for costs incurred if you are required to return to your previously allocated accommodation.
