Corporate Plan

Foreword

The 2005-2007 Corporate Plan articulates the Authority’s vision, mission, goals, operating environment, clients, market and market strategies. It also outlines key strategies for the planning period in terms of asset, tenancy, financial and operational management.

Quality service to clients has been an integral feature of our corporate planning over the last thirteen years. This plan continues that emphasis and will ensure operational integrity and accountability through appropriate management practices.

The plan has been developed in consultation with members and staff of the Authority. In line with best practice, it will be reviewed annually and amended, if necessary, to reflect changing requirements.

Successful implementation of the plan will require the full involvement, support and cooperation of the Board and all members of staff.

I commend the plan to you as we work together to support education through the provision of a quality housing service for teachers.

Mike Cush
Chair
